Transparency is just as important to this site as a comfortable living room. Please read the following legal and affiliate disclosures regarding the content published on Sanctuary Style.
General Information and Purpose
All content provided on Sanctuary Style is for informational and inspirational purposes only. While I share my personal experiences, styling tips, and home organization strategies, I am not a licensed architect, structural engineer, or contractor. Any DIY projects, painting, or heavy furniture installation you undertake based on the content here is done at your own risk. Always consult with a certified professional before making structural changes to your home.
Affiliate Links and Compensation
Running this site takes time and resources, so Sanctuary Style occasionally utilizes affiliate marketing links.
- If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission at absolutely no extra cost to you.
- Any article containing affiliate links will always feature a clear disclosure statement at the very top of the page.
- I exclusively link to products, materials, and brands that I genuinely use, trust, or believe will help make your space more livable.
Product Reviews and Sponsorships
I occasionally partner with brands for sponsored content or receive products to test in my own home.
- All sponsored posts are explicitly marked as such before the article text begins.
- Receiving a product for free never guarantees a positive review. If a highly-rated rug sheds excessively or a trendy sofa is painfully stiff, I will document it. My loyalty is always to the reader, not the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
I make every effort to ensure the information on Sanctuary Style is accurate and up to date, but trends, materials, and product specifications change. I cannot guarantee that every link will always remain active or that a specific paint color will look identical in your home’s unique lighting. Sanctuary Style and its owner will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in this information, nor for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from its display or use.
